Lansdowne Carnival

Just asked a friend to tag along for some photos in Richmond. Testing some new gears out! Remembered coming here last year, but it was a lot more warmer this spring. The carnival is something we have here every spring break. I don’t find the rides too exciting, but then again I am not a big fan of them anyway. Just there to take some shots for fun haha

Quick shot during my trip to Leavenworth back in late Dec, 2010. Was driving up the mountains and saw this. Jumped right out of the car to take the shot while everyone in the car were sleeping haha.

Just a quick shot. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Before Winter

Well we’re still away from winter but our fall season isn’t exactly that pretty in Vancouver. I just took my camera out because it’s nice and Sunny today. We went to Steveston to get some fish and chips and to top it off, frozen yogurt waffle cone. Too good to resist! Just some quick snaps with the 5D2 and a Contax mount Carl Zeiss 85mm F2.8 T* lens.

Took a picture of my car too. It’ll be under winter mode and won’t look as pretty anymore.

(excuse my horrible English) Since I do live in Vancouver, I’ll talk a little about the Vancouver Winter Olympics starting on Feb 12, 2010. In most cases, none of us are too excited about the Olympics due to closed down roads, increased security and heavy traffic. However, a friend of mine insisted today would be sunny and we should just snap some random shots of downtown before everything goes crazy.

Did a new batch of business cards and got them printed from blitzgear. Great prices and I got them within 2 days. Thumbs up to them.

A trip to the Tsawwassen Sunset

I went to get some quick shots with my friends at Tsawwassen yesterday. Lots of mosquitoes and got some bites too but it was worth it. The sunset was just beautiful. Most of the sunset shots are straight out of the camera. Enjoy :)
